What we experience in life leaves us 

change

and ultimately to hope and healing begins the moment we draw breath.  

Yet some of life's most profound losses slow our focus and pace to what feels like singles frames. Taming the ride of process at this time can drag or dance.

The poems of I am SubtleHoney honor the shades of darkness, light and even surprise sparkle that can come while healing.
